Large freight items will only be shipped to business locations (no residential deliveries). Non freight items go out fedex ground.

If having items shipped we are not responsible for shipping damages shipping delays or loss.

A 15% buyers premium is charged with a 3% buyers premium discount if paying cash ( 12% cash buyers premium)
We do offer assistance with auction checkout with the limited staff we have but please do not show up and expect to sit in your vehicle and ask our staff for unreasonable requests for load up such as breaking down shelves for you or removing table bases from table tops.
If you wish to items items shipped we are not responsible for shipping delays or damages during shipping and we strongly urge you to request shipping insurance,. In the event of a shipping damage claim the carrier can take 30 to 60 days to pay the claim
Any bidder failing to pay by the payment deadline will be blocked and marked as unpaid on the hibid system which will cause you to not be able to bid with any other companies using hibid . Additionally non paying bidders agree and understand that they will be charged a 50% fee for the unpaid invoice and if not paid within 14 days it will be turned over to collections
From time to time we have interested buyers that are not computer savvy or buyers that have a service issue and need our assistance. Auctionetx reserves the right to bid on their behalf and sellers if a reserve is applied to an item. We do have the ability to ship items to winning bidders who are unable to pick up from our location. All invoices must be paid prior to shipping and additional shipping and handling charges will apply. You MUST contact us prior to bidding to ensure that items that you are wanting to purchase can be shipped. We will ship smaller items via FEDEX grounds only. Large items will ship via freight carrier and we will only ship to a commercial business address ( not a business run out of a residence, Residential deliveries require smaller trucks for a higher fee) If you do not have a dock or forklift you will be required to pay a liftgate delivery fee. The other option is to pick up at the freight terminal. Freight carriers charge delay fees and missed delivery fees. If for any reason a fee is charged to us due to your delivery that fee will be due and payable to reimburse us.
For any items such as glassware, glass frames or special handling items that require additional packing materials buyer will be responsible for those fees

Auctionetx and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time, bid on behalf of the seller to assist in meeting the reserve and extend the closing date if needed.
If you pay with a credit online after the sale and you want to send someone to pickup your items on your behalf, please send us an email stating your registered bidders first and last name and the full name of the party pickup up on your behalf
Bidder agrees to hold Auctionetx harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants due to internet outages, software issues, computer crashes or any other issue.
Items left in our warehouse after the pickup deadline will incur a fee if prior arrangements have not been made. That fee will be 25.00 per pallet space per day . After 14 days those items will revert back to the seller and and bidder will not be eligible for a refund
